Billing dispute with AirConnect Shuttle

I purchased a system from AirConnect Shuttle on February 3, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kendrick B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking AirConnect Shuttle to make this right by replace the defective product.
