Security concern with VacationDreams Resorts service

On January 13, 2025, I signed up for VacationDreams Resorts's delivery service at their Chadrickbury, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $95.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Santos H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking VacationDreams Resorts to make this right by upgrade my service at no additional cost.
