I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from GrandStay Hotels. After paying $435.22 for item, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sienna B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope GrandStay Hotels will address this issue by provide a full refund.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, GrandStay Hotels has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customization service.
