False promises made by MindWell Mental Health representative
Complaint Details
On December 24, 2024, I signed up for MindWell Mental Health's warranty service at their Lake Terryton, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include warranty package, but after paying $111.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oma G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope MindWell Mental Health will address this issue by offer compensation for the time wasted.
