I want to report a serious concern with HealthFirst Clinic's device that I purchased on April 5, 2025 from your East Britney, Rhode Island store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anissa R., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope HealthFirst Clinic will address this issue by fix the billing error.
