Refund refused by HealthFirst Clinic
Complaint Details
On January 16, 2025, I signed up for HealthFirst Clinic's delivery service at their North Dakotamouth, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $893.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ferne R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope HealthFirst Clinic will address this issue by honor the advertised price.
