I purchased a system from TradePro Securities on November 29, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced received conflicting information from representatives. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sofia T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect TradePro Securities to take responsibility and compensate me for the inconvenience.

I appreciate TradePro Securities reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement kitchen knife set has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
