I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from CreditPlus Services. After paying $939.38 for accessory, I found that it received a damaged replacement item. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Emmanuelle K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope CreditPlus Services will address this issue by fix their misleading advertising.

I've received an email from Casey Anderson at CreditPlus Services offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The laptop was clearly defective from the start.
