I have been a loyal customer of TechBazaar for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered warranty package (order #ORD-8732-OHU-1453) on December 4, 2024, and have encountered received conflicting information from representatives. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking TechBazaar to make this right by compensate me for the inconvenience.

I appreciate TechBazaar reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement smartwatch has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
