Poor customer service experience with LuxeGoods Online

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4186-KBI-3516 placed with LuxeGoods Online on May 24, 2025. I paid $152.92 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was overcharged for basic service. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kyle W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking LuxeGoods Online to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.
