ElectroWorld provided defective unit
Complaint Details
On January 17, 2025, I signed up for ElectroWorld's premium support at their Farrelltown, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $277.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lelah M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like ElectroWorld to fix the security vulnerability.
