I am writing regarding order #ORD-4557-CTJ-5010 placed with ElectroWorld on January 8, 2025. I paid $471.74 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Iliana T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope ElectroWorld will address this issue by expedite the delivery of my order.
