I have been a loyal customer of ElectroWorld for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6066-JIN-8892) on January 21, 2025, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking ElectroWorld to make this right by extend my warranty period.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The coffee maker from ElectroWorld not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
