Recurring couldn't access my account with MegaMart Retail equipment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5885-LVZ-7624 placed with MegaMart Retail on December 17, 2024. I paid $716.9 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Weldon Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like MegaMart Retail to stop their deceptive business practices.
