I have been a loyal customer of BroadBand Express for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7775-JTL-6274) on December 8, 2024, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that BroadBand Express compensate me for the inconvenience as soon as possible.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from BroadBand Express called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
