ConnectX Mobile provided defective unit
Complaint Details
On December 27, 2024, I signed up for ConnectX Mobile's warranty service at their North Kayleigh, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $338.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maryjane J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like ConnectX Mobile to honor the advertised price.
