I purchased a package from TeleVista Networks on April 12, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was overcharged for basic service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stephanie H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that TeleVista Networks expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible.
