I want to report a serious concern with GlobalConnect Telecom's item that I purchased on February 16, 2025 from your New Whitney, Iowa store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cassie B., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that GlobalConnect Telecom implement better quality control as soon as possible.
