I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from ByteWave Technologies. After paying $203.78 for service plan, I found that it experienced website errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alva B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect ByteWave Technologies to take responsibility and issue a formal apology.
