Unresolved issue with Construction Partners product

On September 8, 1999, I signed up for Construction Partners's consultation at their West Karl, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $786.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kennedy K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
