Quality issues with AI Frontier Research accessory

I purchased a product from AI Frontier Research on March 20, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received the wrong item. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Deanna M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that AI Frontier Research ensure this doesn't happen to other customers as soon as possible.
