Warranty claim denied by InnovateTech Systems

I want to report a serious concern with InnovateTech Systems's subscription that I purchased on February 2, 2025 from your Lake Kariane, Iowa store. The product has experienced website errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Theresa G., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope InnovateTech Systems will address this issue by issue a formal apology.
