CyberShield Security failed to honor their commitment
Complaint Details
On April 20, 2025, I signed up for CyberShield Security's installation service at their Port Gradystad, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $160.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Coleman R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that CyberShield Security replace the defective product as soon as possible.

May 12, 2025 05:20I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from CyberShield Security not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
