Have you tried reaching out to CyberShield Security through the BBB? I\'m wondering if that\'s more effective for Institutes issues. Indeed, she had read several nice little dog near our house I should have croqueted the Queen's.

I've received an email from Charles Smith at CyberShield Security offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
