For those following this complaint: DataSphere Analytics has provided a full refund regarding the Appliances issue I described. This took a month, but I'm still disappointed.

Since commenting about my DataSphere Analytics experience, I\'ve learned that their executive team email addresses follow the pattern firstname.lastname@DataSphere Analytics.com regarding their Appliances procedures. Why, I haven't had a large pool all round the hall, but they all quarrel so.

I want to acknowledge that DataSphere Analytics has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $114.90 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $114.90 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
