I have been a customer for 10 years and have never experienced such poor service. I have contacted customer service 2 times and spoken with Clarissa Quitzon Jr. but the issue remains unresolved. I want to acknowledge that Secure Investments Ltd has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $164.78 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $164.78 for a meal delivery that never worked properly.
