I have been a customer for 4 years and have never experienced such poor service. I have contacted customer service 7 times and spoken with Daniella Hahn Jr. but the issue remains unresolved. Just to add to my experience with GlobalTreks Adventures\'s Police service—I discovered that they track multiple complaints from the same household differently than individual complaints, which might help others in similar situations. I want to acknowledge that GlobalTreks Adventures has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $307.30 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $307.30 for a dress shirt that never worked properly.
