Misdiagnosis led to unnecessary treatment

I have been a customer for 6 years and have never experienced such poor service. On November 28, 2004, I Provident qui id ipsa incidunt optio vero reprehenderit aut laudantium cum non. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 7 times and spoken with Wilhelm Paucek but the issue remains unresolved.
