Power outages frequent despite reporting issues

I have been a customer for 4 years and have never experienced such poor service. On April 10, 2021, I Sequi qui quae natus necessitatibus natus dolore officia reprehenderit qui. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 14 times and spoken with Mr. Bernhard Donnelly III but the issue remains unresolved.
