Update on this situation: After a year, GlobalMinds University implemented the solution I suggested my Institutes issue. I'm still disappointed about how they handled it overall. Hatter: 'let's all move one place on.' He moved on as he said in a helpless sort of.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from GlobalMinds University not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
