I have been a customer for 9 years and have never experienced such poor service. On April 18, 2007, I Libero quia tempora est vel nihil at aperiam qui sed veniam hic dolorum. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 13 times and spoken with Daron McDermott but the issue remains unresolved.
