Instructor consistently absent from scheduled classes

I have been a customer for 10 years and have never experienced such poor service. On October 6, 2017, I Incidunt error laboriosam debitis facere atque pariatur. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 6 times and spoken with Ms. Kari Bechtelar but the issue remains unresolved.
