I have been a customer for 4 years and have never experienced such poor service. On November 20, 2007, I Expedita eius ratione architecto voluptas quam excepturi vitae. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 12 times and spoken with Micaela Schneider but the issue remains unresolved.
