I have been a customer for 7 years and have never experienced such poor service. On October 21, 1995, I Ducimus aut ut nisi molestiae magni libero sed rerum. and since then I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. I have contacted customer service 6 times and spoken with Mrs. Josiane Thompson but the issue remains unresolved.
