I have been a customer for 7 years and have never experienced such poor service. I have contacted customer service 10 times and spoken with Andreanne Rau but the issue remains unresolved. Update: several years after posting, PrimeLoan Financial reached out and escalated the matter to their legal team my Landline & Home Phone Provider concern. I'm somewhat satisfied with the outcome.
