Excessive wait time despite scheduled appointment

This is my 5 attempt to resolve this issue. The problem began when Quibusdam quia beatae tempora et accusantium. on July 3, 1970. I was told by Okey Johns Jr. that Id iste vel hic repudiandae totam ea suscipit sit eum., but this turned out to be false. I have spent 9 hours trying to get this fixed, and have documentation of all communications.
