I have been a customer for 4 years and have never experienced such poor service. I have contacted customer service 12 times and spoken with Prof. Alayna Homenick but the issue remains unresolved. That hasn\'t been my experience with TechNova Solutions at all. Their Postal & Delivery Services team was responsive and resolved my issue within 2 weeks.
