On May 5, 2025, I contacted Savory Spice Manchester regarding an issue with their washing machine that I had purchased for $420.47 (Order #YC-135039). My initial call lasted over 45 minutes, mostly on hold, before I was connected to a representative. When I finally spoke with Robert Williams, they were dismissive of my concerns and seemed entirely uninterested in resolving the issue. I was promised a callback within 24 hours, which never came. After three more attempts to contact the company, each time having to re-explain the entire situation to a different representative, my issue remains unresolved. What's particularly frustrating is that each representative has given me conflicting information about company policies and potential resolutions. It seems there is no internal communication or record-keeping of customer complaints. This level of disorganization and apparent indifference to customer concerns reflects poorly on Savory Spice Manchester's commitment to customer satisfaction.
