It's now been over 30 days, and I still haven't received my order. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from LogicCore. I've sent multiple emails inquiring about my order status, and either received no response or generic automated replies that provided no actual information. When I finally reached Jessica Taylor by phone after several attempts, they could not provide any specific information about the delay or an updated delivery estimate. I understand that shipping delays can occur, but the lack of proactive communication and inability to provide updated information when requested is unprofessional and shows a disregard for customers who have already paid for products they haven't received.
