False promises made by Mega Machine Inc representative

On May 27, 1977, I signed up for Mega Machine Inc's upgrade service at their Bashirianhaven, Maine location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $749.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amalia I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
