Products Incorporated LLC failed to honor their commitment

On November 13, 2018, I signed up for Products Incorporated LLC's installation service at their North Suzanne, Texas location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $649.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vilma W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
