I want to report a serious concern with United Credit Advisors's item that I purchased on February 10, 2009 from your Lake Urban, Connecticut store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mariana H., but my issue remains unresolved.
