Refund refused by The Grand Mansion

On July 28, 2009, I signed up for The Grand Mansion's repair service at their Wizahaven, Montana location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $298.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rosemarie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
