I purchased a system from Luxury Haven International on November 2, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chasity N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
