Quality issues with Prestige Savings Corporation Holdings product

On April 8, 1976, I signed up for Prestige Savings Corporation Holdings's upgrade service at their Walkershire, Utah location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $324.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deondre D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
