Tranquil Resort Destinations International provided defective product

On June 21, 2001, I signed up for Tranquil Resort Destinations International's return process at their Murrayshire, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $981.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kiana H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
