I have been a loyal customer of Treasury of National for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-4407-QJE-1777) on July 16, 2000, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
