On October 9, 2011, I signed up for Financial Services's troubleshooting service at their Audreanneside, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $453.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zakary B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
