I want to report a serious concern with Financial Services's platform that I purchased on April 4, 1978 from your North Lilianemouth, Idaho store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Chester U., but my issue remains unresolved.
