Poor customer service experience with Heritage & Planners

On January 29, 1973, I signed up for Heritage & Planners's customer support at their Port Annabelleshire, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $218.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dessie W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
